The programme is designed for registered nurses, nursing students, and healthcare professionals seeking advanced training aligned with European standards. Applicants should have fundamental clinical knowledge and a strong motivation to upskill internationally.
2. Do I need strong English skills to participate?
A fundamental English level is required at the start. UniCare provides specialised Medical English training to ensure participants can communicate effectively during academic sessions and clinical activities in Europe.
3. What is the purpose of the theoretical training in China?
Before travelling to Europe, all participants complete a structured theoretical learning module to strengthen clinical foundations, align with EU guidelines, and prepare for specialised in-person training. This ensures every participant is academically ready and confident.
4. How does the continuous assessment model work?
At each stage (Medical English, theoretical preparation, and pre-departure readiness) participants receive ongoing guidance and evaluation. This continuous assessment system ensures you meet all competency requirements before travelling, enabling you to get the most out of the European training.
5. What qualification will I receive upon completion?
Participants receive an official certificate of completion issued by the European partner institution, confirming successful participation in an EU-standard specialised training programme.
6. Does the programme guarantee a job in China?
Yes. All participants who successfully complete their training programme will have guaranteed employment in China upon completion.
7. Where does the in-person training take place?
Training is conducted at accredited applied sciences universities and institutions in countries such as Belgium and Finland, known for their advanced healthcare systems and high-quality nursing
education.
8. How long does the programme take?
Most tracks include:
• 4 weeks of online Medical English
• 4 weeks of theoretical preparation
• 2 weeks of intensive in-person training in Europe.
• 2 weeks of intensive in-person training in China (with European Instructors)
Duration may vary depending on the chosen speciality.
9. What are the tuition fees?
The tuition fee for this programme is 4,000 Euros. Upon successful completion of the program, this fee will be reimbursed in full to the participant.
10. What costs should I expect beyond tuition?
Participants are responsible for international flights, visa fees, accommodation, insurance, and personal expenses. UniCare provides guidance to assist with travel and logistical planning.
